Beautiful outdoor garden space, Historic building with original features, Function room for private events
The parking is a nightmare!!! It's small and awkward to navigate. Room decor is definitely dated, and some serious soundproofing improvements are necessary to avoid hearing every footstep in the hall!!!

It was just a balanced option for a couple of nights in Keynsham with very good value for money. The meals were beautifully cooked, especially the steak that was superb. For your stay, check in early to make the most of the amenities.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed the Keynsham Music Festival and even visited Glastonbury, 30 miles away, for some amazing music. The staff were friendly, and the food was excellent—definitely recommended the breakfast! Parking was a bit tricky, so plan accordingly.
There was a bit of noise from the bar near our room, which made it a bit hard to sleep at times.

I had a last-minute stay here after my previous plans fell through, and I couldn't be happier with how things turned out. I really enjoyed spending time on the sun terrace and relaxing in the lovely garden, which was such a nice escape. Just wish there was a shower in the spacious bathroom, but honestly, it didn't take away from the overall experience. 🌞

cozy and charming stay
The standard double room with bath had a comfortable bed and nice linens. Amenities included a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and complimentary toiletries. Breakfast featured diverse options, including vegetarian sausages. The hotel had charming character with creaky floors but also excellent food options and friendly staff, although parking was limited and tricky to navigate.

A Comfortable Stay with Lovely Breakfast
Spent a night recently, and the stay was mostly enjoyable. The room was comfortable, though the decor could use some updates. The breakfast, however, was a highlight—delicious and plentiful. If you're in Keynsham, I recommend trying the local cafes nearby for delightful afternoon treats.

the old manor house hotel was really nice! it had a cozy vibe and the staff were super friendly, always ready 2 help. the food was amazin, every meal i had was like gourmet, cant believe how well they cooked! my room, the standard double was comfy and had a nice charm to it, loved the ambiance. the location was perf too, right in the middle of bristol and bath.
however, the parking situation was a bit tricky and the shower could use more power. also, some areas felt like they needed a bit of sprucing up.

Lovely stay with great vibes
This place has such a charming old-school vibe! Had dinner on Saturday night, and wow, the food was spot on—especially the gluten-free options. Breakfast was good too, but a bit limited. The only bummer was the traffic noise from the road, which made it tough to sleep. Otherwise, a cozy spot for a weekend getaway.

Charming stay with friendly vibes
I spent a night here and really enjoyed my time! The staff were super friendly, always checking if I needed anything. Loved having breakfast with good toast and plenty of cerals. The only hiccup was asking for extra butter three times. But overall, it was nice and cozy with a great bar open most of the time.
